Service Description

February's cosmic weather is intense. Neptune and Saturn both enter Aries, we have an eclipse, and Mercury goes retrograde. Your nervous system might feel it. This class is your anchor. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and grounding practices, you'll learn to tell the difference between what's yours and what you've absorbed from the chaos around you. Each week moves with the elemental energy of the transits: Early February (Air): Breath-centered, upper body opening, mental clarity Mid-February (Fire): Warrior poses, building heat with discipline Late February (Water): Hip openers, gentle twists, emotional release, rest For anyone navigating transitions, recovering from burnout, or learning to trust their body again. All levels are welcome. Mats and Props provided.
