About the event
Join Kate Ledoux, Founder and Sound Healer of Summit Holistic Wellness, alongside Cathy Burbee Farwell, Founder of Whole Health Connections and Master Reiki Practitioner, for an evening of deep rest and restoration.
This experience weaves together sound healing and Reiki to support nervous system regulation, helping the body shift out of stress and into a more balanced, grounded state. As you rest, the vibrations of sound combined with gentle energy work can support the release of tension, quiet the mind, and create space for emotional and physical reset.
Many participants report feeling a sense of calm, clarity, and reconnection following this work—like returning to themselves after a period of overwhelm.
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are and allow your body to receive.
