We are a private-pay practice and are not in-network with insurance providers. This allows us to offer more individualized care without the limitations or diagnoses often required by insurance companies.

Possibly. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. We’re happy to provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

A superbill is a document that includes all the information your insurance company needs to process a claim. After your session, we can provide this to you so you can submit it directly to your insurance provider. Reimbursement varies depending on your specific plan.

We recommend calling your insurance company and asking the following:

- Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

- Is there a deductible I need to meet first?

- What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?

- Are there limits to the number of sessions covered?

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your care. This estimate will include anticipated session fees and any related costs before you begin services. The goal is transparency, so you are never surprised by unexpected charges.
